Ptereleotris evides, commonly known as the blackfin dartfish or scissortail goby, is a species of dartfish. This species is native to the Indian Ocean and the western Pacific Ocean. It lives on reefs, and can be found at depths between 2 metres (6.6 ft) and 15 metres (49.2 ft). It can grow up to 14 centimetres (5.5 inches) in total length, and is available in the aquarium trade.
