Pseudocercospora kaki Goh & W.H.Hsieh is a fungal plant pathogen that causes leaf spot disease in persimmon. It was first discovered growing on leaves of Diospyros kaki, also called Oriental persimmon, in Taiwan. Other known host species for this pathogen include Diospyros hispida, Diospyros lotus (known as date-plum or Caucasian persimmon), Diospyros texana (known as Texas persimmon or Mexican persimmon), and Diospyros melanoxylon (known as Coromandel ebony).
