Pseudagrion massaicum Sjöstedt, 1909 is a damselfly species that belongs to the Coenagrionidae family. Confirmed records of this species exist from Angola, Botswana, Comoros, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Namibia, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. It is also considered possibly present in Burundi and Guinea. Its natural habitats include subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, dry savanna, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, rivers, intermittent freshwater lakes, and freshwater marshes.
