Copivaleria is a monotypic moth genus in the family Noctuidae. It was erected by Augustus Radcliffe Grote in 1883. This genus contains only one species: Copivaleria grotei, commonly known as Grote's sallow. The species was first described by Herbert Knowles Morrison in 1874, and its scientific name is also recorded as Psaphida grotei Morrison, 1874. This species is found in eastern North America, with recorded locations including Ontario, Tennessee, New York, and Maryland. Its wingspan measures approximately 35 mm. Adult moths are active on the wing between April and May each year. The larvae of this species feed on plants belonging to the Fraxinus genus.
