Potanthus flava (Murray, 1875), also referenced as Potanthus flavus, is a butterfly species that belongs to the family Hesperiidae. This butterfly has a wingspan of 27 to 30 mm. Its known distribution ranges from the Amur region of Russia to Japan; it is also found in Thailand, the Philippines, and multiple regions of China including Jilin, Hebei, Shandong, Hunan, Fujian, and Yunnan.
