About Pomatostomus temporalis (Vigors & Horsfield, 1827)
The grey-crowned babbler has the scientific name Pomatostomus temporalis (Vigors & Horsfield, 1827). It is a species of bird that belongs to the family Pomatostomidae. This species is distributed across Australia and New Guinea, which includes the Indonesian and Papua New Guinean portions of the island. Its natural habitats are tropical and subtropical dry broadleaf forests, tropical moist lowland forests, shrublands, and savannas.
