Podocnemis vogli is a species of turtle first described by Müller in 1935. It is commonly called the savanna side-necked turtle, and is also widely known as the Llanos side-necked turtle. This turtle belongs to the Podocnemididae turtle family, and it is endemic to the continent of South America. Its known geographic range is limited to the Orinoco river system located in the Llanos region of Venezuela and Colombia.
