Podalia walkeri is a moth species that belongs to the Megalopygidae family. It was first described by Carlos Berg in 1882, and it is found in Brazil. This species has a wingspan of 45 millimeters. The basal half of its forewings is brown, except for the costa, which is white marked with a few long brown streaks. A dark brown spot sits at the end of the forewing cell. The outer half of the forewing is brown, with whitish veins; two transverse white lines divide the brown area into irregular spots. Additional white longitudinal streaks run between the veins along the forewing's outer margin. The hindwings are brown, with a white coloration at the base of the costal margin. Small whitish spots appear on the hindwing fringe.
