Pleurota bicostella (Clerck, 1761) is a species of moth in the family Oecophoridae. It is found in the Palearctic realm. This moth has a wingspan of approximately 24 mm. Its forewings are fuscous, speckled with whitish scales; a white costal stripe runs from the base to near the apex, edged below by a brown stripe, and the stigmata are black. The hindwings are grey. Fully grown larvae are pinkish-grey, with brown marbling along the sides; the dorsal and subdorsal lines are brownish, the dots are blackish, and the head and the thoracic plate of the second segment are yellowish-brown, with the plate having darker markings. Adults fly from June to July, with flight timing varying by location. Larvae feed on plants in the genus Erica.
