Plestiodon dugesii, scientifically described by Thominot in 1883, is a species of lizard in the skink family Scincidae. It has three common English names: Dugès' skink and Duges's skink, and it is called eslabon in Mexican Spanish. This species is endemic to Mexico, meaning it is found nowhere else outside the country. Its geographic range is limited to central Mexico, specifically in the Mexican states of Guanajuato and Michoacán. The preferred natural habitat of P. dugesii is forest, located at altitudes higher than 2,000 meters (6,600 feet). In terms of reproduction, P. dugesii is ovoviviparous.
