About Physocyclus globosus (Taczanowski, 1874)
Physocyclus globosus, sometimes called the short-bodied cellar spider, is a spider species in the family Pholcidae. It is a cosmopolitan species that lives in caves and buildings across the warmer regions of the world. It is a small brown spider, with a body length of roughly 6 millimeters, and has a short, broad abdomen. A black line runs along the back of the carapace, and continues along most of the abdomen. All eight of its eyes are grouped closely together on a raised hump on its face.
