This species is distributed across southern Western Australia, ranging from Kalbarri south to Augusta and Dongara, and extending east to Cape Riche, with an additional isolated population located at Kalgoorlie. Habitats where Physeema quadricincta can be found include coastal dune vegetation, open heathland, gardens, roadsides, and low grassy woodland.
