About Physalaemus nanus (Boulenger, 1888)
Physalaemus nanus is a species of frog that belongs to the family Leptodactylidae. This species is endemic to Brazil. Its natural habitats include subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, intermittent freshwater marshes, rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, irrigated land, seasonally flooded agricultural land, and canals and ditches. It faces threats from habitat loss.
