Phyllomedusa venusta Duellman & Trueb, 1967 is a species of frog belonging to the subfamily Phyllomedusinae. It is found in Colombia and Panama, where it occurs at elevations between 800 and 1400 meters above sea level. This is an arboreal frog, typically observed perched on vegetation in both humid and dry forests; it can occasionally be found living in degraded habitats. The species lays its eggs in swamps and ponds. It is classified as Least Concern, due to its large geographic range, tolerance of habitat modification, and presumed large population size.
