Phyllidia exquisita Brunckhorst, 1993 is a species of nudibranch. This nudibranch has a grey dorsal surface, covered with smaller white tubercles and larger yellow tubercles arranged in irregular rows. Black lines separate these rows of tubercles. Its rhinophores are yellow. A yellow-orange border runs along the mantle edge: this margin extends across the front of the head and covers the first quarter of the body's sides. This species was first described from specimens collected at Lion Island, Papua New Guinea. It has also been documented in the Maldives, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia.
