Phlox longifolia, commonly known as longleaf phlox, is a species of flowering plant that belongs to the family Polemoniaceae. It is native to British Columbia, Canada, as well as the western and west-central United States. This plant is not found in regions west of the Cascade Range. It is a perennial subshrub that can grow up to 15 inches (38 centimeters) tall, though it is usually shorter. It typically grows in dry, open environments, including slopes, rocky areas, and plains.
