Philodendron erubescens, commonly called blushing philodendron or red-leaf philodendron, is a flowering plant species belonging to the family Araceae. It is native to Colombia. This plant is a robust evergreen climber that reaches 3–6 m (10–20 ft) in height. It has red stems and heart-shaped leaves that grow up to 40 cm (16 in) in length. Its flowers are deep red, fragrant spathes that reach up to 15 cm (6 in) long, and it blooms in summer and autumn. Its specific epithet erubescens means "blushing".
