Description: Adult Lusitanian parsley frogs (Pelodytes atlanticus) have skin that is either smooth or granular, scattered with dark-coloured tubercles. Their dorsal surface colour ranges from olive, greenish-brown, dark brown to greenish-grey, and is flecked with small green specks. Distribution and habitat: The Lusitanian parsley frog is endemic to Portugal. This species occurs mostly in temporary ponds located within traditional farmland.
