The ornate rock lobster, scientifically known as Panulirus ornatus (Fabricius, 1798), is a large lobster. It has a blue-green carapace, and is distinguished by large frontal horns, along with distinct striped and spotted patterning of various colors across its whole body. Its walking legs feature complex stripe patterns that give the lobster an almost spider-like appearance.
