Pangrapta decoralis, commonly known as the decorated owlet, is a species of moth belonging to the family Erebidae. This species was first formally described by Jacob Hübner in 1818. It is distributed across North America, ranging from Alberta to Nova Scotia in the north, and extending southward to Florida and Texas. The wingspan of adult Pangrapta decoralis measures between 20 and 28 mm. Adult moths are active in flight from May through September each year. This species produces two to three generations annually. The larvae of Pangrapta decoralis feed on plants belonging to the genus Vaccinium.
