Palio dubia (M.Sars, 1829) is a species of sea slug, a nudibranch. It is a shell-less marine gastropod mollusc that belongs to the family Polyceridae. This species was originally described from Norway. After its initial description, it has been recorded from the United Kingdom, ranging north to Scandinavia, Russia, and Greenland. It has also been documented on the Pacific coast of Canada. In Scotland and Ireland, Palio dubia feeds on the bryozoan Eucratea loricata.
