Pachylia darceta Druce, 1881 has three oblique black lines on the forewing upperside, with two additional black lines located in the basal half of the forewing. The upperside of the hindwing is uniformly brown and has no markings. This species has been recorded in Panama, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Brazil, and Bolivia.
