Oxychilus draparnaudi, commonly known as the dark-bodied glass snail, is large relative to other glass snails. The maximum dimension of its shell is approximately 14 mm (0.55 in). The shell has a glossy texture, and is translucent yellowish-brown with golden tones; it is somewhat whiter on its underside. The visible soft body of this snail has an unusual, distinctive deep dark blue color mixed with grey. This species has been recorded from Czechia, Slovakia, Ukraine, Great Britain, Ireland, Malaysia, Singapore, Hawaii, Bulgaria, and many other areas.
