Oxalis grandis Small, commonly called great yellow woodsorrel or large yellow wood sorrel, is an annual herbaceous plant belonging to the woodsorrel family. It is native to the eastern United States, where its range extends north from Georgia to Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, and west to Louisiana. It produces yellow flowers from May to June, and grows in sandy woodland environments or on alluvial soils.
