Orthocephalus coriaceus is a species of plant bug belonging to the family Miridae. It can be found in Europe (including European Russia, Ukraine, and the Balkans) as well as in North America. This bug lives on a variety of plants from the daisy family (Asteraceae), including genera Leucanthemum, Tanacetum, Hieracium, Achillea, Centaurea, and Artemisia. The bugs feed by sucking sap from the leaves, stems, and reproductive organs of these host plants. In North America, it is an introduced horticultural pest originating from Europe.
