Recorded shell colors include white, yellow, orange, cream, brown, and black. Patterns on the shells are also variable. Brown and black zig-zags, triangles, spots, and other small shapes appear on the shell surface. This is a marine species with a wide distribution, found from Southeast India into the Pacific Ocean.
