Olearia traversiorum (F.Muell.) Hook.fil., commonly called the Chatham Island akeake or Chatham Island tree daisy, is a species of flowering plant in the family Asteraceae. This species is endemic to the Chatham Islands of New Zealand, and it also has the accepted synonym Olearia traversii. Olearia traversiorum has two main human uses: it is grown as a garden tree, and it is used for firewood. The species has been exported from its native range, and can be successfully grown in other regions that have mild oceanic climates, such as Scotland.
