About Olearia ilicifolia Hook.fil.
Commonly called mountain holly, Olearia ilicifolia Hook.fil. is a much-branching, spreading shrub that can also grow as a small tree. It reaches a height of 1.5โ4.6 metres (4 ft 11 in โ 15 ft 1 in). Its leaves measure 5โ10 centimetres (2.0โ3.9 in) long and 1โ2 centimetres (0.39โ0.79 in) wide, with undulating, coarsely serrated margins, and are greyish green on the upper surface. The flowers are white with yellow centres, and they grow in large terminal corymbs.
