Nothonotus nothofagi (G.Cunn.) Y.C.Dai, F.Wu, L.W.Zhou, Vlasák & B.K.Cui, formerly called Inonotus nothofagi, is a fungus species that belongs to the family Hymenochaetaceae. This species is parasitic, and it causes white rot in the wood it infects. It was first scientifically described by mycologist George Herriot Cunningham. It can be found in Australia and New Zealand, where it infects Nothofagus cunninghamii, and also in India, where it grows on oak.
