About Notelaea linearis Benth.
Notelaea linearis Benth. is a shrub species that reaches approximately 2 meters in height. Its leaves are linear or lance-shaped, measuring 20 to 70 millimeters in length and 7 to 12 millimeters in width. It produces inflorescences 4 to 10 centimeters long, each holding around four pale yellow flowers. Its fruits are oval, white or blue in color, and measure 5 to 7 millimeters long by 4 to 5 millimeters wide. This species is found in north-eastern New South Wales and south-eastern Queensland. It grows in dry sclerophyll forest and heathy scrub, most commonly on granite substrate.
