Neoclinus uninotatus, commonly called the onespot fringehead, is a species of chaenopsid blenny. It is found in the eastern Pacific Ocean. This species can grow to a maximum total length of 25 centimetres, which equals 9.8 inches. It feeds primarily on benthic crustaceans, and individuals of this species have been recorded living up to 7 years.
