Nemophora fasciella is a moth species belonging to the Adelidae family. It is distributed across most of Europe, but is absent from Ireland, Fennoscandia, most of the Baltic region, Croatia, Slovenia, Switzerland, and Portugal. Adult individuals of this moth have a wingspan measuring between 13 and 16 millimetres, which is 0.51 to 0.63 inches. Adult moths are active and flying in the month of July. The larvae of Nemophora fasciella feed on the plant Ballota nigra.
