About Naupactus cervinus Boheman, 1840
Naupactus cervinus, commonly known as the Fuller rose beetle or Fuller's rose weevil, is a species of broad-nosed weevil that belongs to the family Curculionidae. It is native to South America, and has been present in North America since the 19th century. No male specimens of this species have ever been found, so it is currently believed to reproduce via parthenogenesis.
