Nascia cilialis, commonly known as the orange-rayed pearl, is a moth species that belongs to the family Crambidae. Its scientific name is Nascia cilialis Hübner, 1796. This moth can be found across the region ranging from southern and central Europe to Japan. The wingspan of adult Nascia cilialis measures 24 to 27 mm. Adult moths are active from June to July each year. The larvae of Nascia cilialis feed primarily on greater pond sedge, Carex riparia, and will sometimes feed on other types of sedges as well.
