Myopites stylatus, a species of tephritid, grows to a length of approximately 3 millimetres (0.12 inches). These small tephritids have a yellow or pale brown mesonotum. Females of this species have a long oviscape and an aculeus that is either smooth or tuberculate. This species is distributed across Europe (including Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, France, and Italy), as well as in the Near East and North Africa.
