Moodna pallidostrinella, commonly called the paler moodna moth, is a species of snout moth belonging to the genus Moodna. It was formally described by Herbert H. Neunzig in 1990, based on a specimen collected from Big Pine Key, Florida, United States. While the original description came from material on Big Pine Key, this species actually has a broader distribution that includes Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New York, Ontario, South Carolina and Tennessee.
