About Micranthes oregana (Howell) Small

Micranthes oregana (Howell) Small is a species of flowering plant, commonly called Oregon saxifrage. It is native to western North America, including the mountainous regions of the western United States. It grows in moist habitats, such as marshes and other wetlands. This species is a perennial herb that grows from a thick, fleshy or woody caudex. It produces a basal rosette of linear to lance-shaped leaves; each leaf can grow up to 25 centimeters long.
