About Melozone kieneri (Bonaparte, 1850)
Scientific name: Melozone kieneri (Bonaparte, 1850). This species measures 6 to 7 inches, which equals 15 to 17.5 centimeters in total length. Adult individuals have a rufous crown with a white lore spot. Their face is olive brown with a white eye ring, while their upper body parts are grayish olive. Their throat and underparts are white, marked with a black central spot on the chest, and their undertail coverts are pale cinnamon. Juveniles have dusky brown coloration on their upper parts; their throat and underparts are a dirty pale lemon yellow, streaked with brown.
