Meiacanthus oualanensis, commonly known as the canary fangblenny, is a species of blenny. It is found in the Western Central Pacific, and is currently only known to occur in Fiji. This species reaches a maximum recorded length of 5 centimetres (2.0 inches) when measured as standard length (SL).
