Meiacanthus atrodorsalis, commonly called the forktail blenny, is a species of combtooth blenny. It is found on coral reefs in the western Pacific Ocean. This species reaches a maximum total length of 11 centimetres, which is equal to 4.3 inches. It is a venomous species that is also available in the aquarium trade. Other common names for this species include eyelash harptail-blenny, poison-fang blenny, and yellowtail poison-fang blenny. Its scientific name is Meiacanthus atrodorsalis, first described by Günther in 1877.
