Megalopyge ravida is a species of moth belonging to the family Megalopygidae. It was first described by Herbert Druce in 1887. This moth is found in Mexico. Its wingspan measures approximately 25 millimeters. Both the forewings and hindwings are white; the forewings are shaded brown from the base to roughly the middle of the wing, and beyond this shaded area, a row of indistinct brown spots crosses the forewing from the costal margin to near the inner margin. The moth's head and thorax have a dusty coloration, while its abdomen is whitish.
