Mediodactylus danilewskii, commonly known as the Mediterranean thin-toed gecko, is a species of lizard belonging to the family Gekkonidae. Its known distribution includes Bulgaria, Ukraine, Turkey, and Greece, with additional isolated populations recorded in Bucharest. Some taxonomic treatments recognize this taxon as a subspecies of Kotschy's gecko.
