Marsilea mutica Mett., commonly called large-leaved nardoo, is an aquatic fern species that belongs to the family Marsileaceae. It is a widespread species with broad, clover-like fronds. This fern grows in freshwater marshes, and its range is centered mostly in Australia, with additional occurrences in nearby New Caledonia. It can be found floating in deeper water than other fern species belonging to the same genus.
