Marasmius cladophyllus Berk. is a species of fungus belonging to the family Marasmiaceae. It occurs in South America and Central America. English mycologist Miles Joseph Berkeley first described this species as new to science in 1856. A defining characteristic of this mushroom is its prominent ventricose, or vein-like, gill pattern.
