About Ludwigia peruviana (L.) H.Hara
Ludwigia peruviana (L.) H.Hara, commonly known as Peruvian primrose-willow or Peruvian water primrose, is an aquatic, sometimes deciduous flowering plant species that belongs to the evening primrose family. This plant can reach a height of around 12 feet, which equals 3.7 meters. Although it is native to Peru, it has been introduced to many other countries because of its attractive simple yellow flowers, and it is now a common weed that grows in swampy areas across the world.
