Lipophrys trigloides is a species of combtooth blenny. It is distributed in the Eastern Atlantic, ranging southwards from the coasts of Brittany (France), the Iberian Peninsula, and Morocco to Senegal, the Canary Islands, and Madeira. Its distribution also includes the Mediterranean and the Sea of Marmara. This is a marine subtropical demersal fish that reaches a maximum length of 13 cm.
