Lipinia microcerca is a species of skink found in parts of mainland Southeast Asia that was reclassified from subspecies status in 2019.
Lipinia microcerca is a species of skink, and it is also commonly called the banded lipinia, Sipora striped skink, and common striped skink. This species is found in southern Vietnam, Cambodia, and southern Laos, and its known range may extend into Thailand and eastern Myanmar. Before a taxonomic revision published in 2019, Lipinia microcerca was treated as a subspecies of Lipinia vittigera.
