Liolaemus nigromaculatus (Wiegmann, 1834) is a species of tree iguana. It is endemic to the Chilean matorral ecoregion located within Chile. This species was first formally described in 1834 by Arend Friedrich August Wiegmann, and it was later redescribed in 2013 by Chilean biologists.
