Limnonectes fragilis, commonly called the fragile large-headed frog or fragile wart frog, is a species of frog that belongs to the family Dicroglossidae. This species is endemic to Hainan Island, China. It is a medium-sized frog; males have a snout-vent length of 49 mm (1.9 in), while females have a snout-vent length of 52 mm (2.0 in). Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and rivers. Limnonectes fragilis is currently threatened by habitat loss.
