About Leto venus (Cramer, 1780)

Leto is a monotypic moth genus belonging to the family Hepialidae. It was described by Jacob Hübner in 1820. The only described species in this genus is Leto venus, which was originally described by Pieter Cramer in 1780. This species is endemic to South Africa, and its larval food plant is Virgilia.
